Green House Gas indicates CO₂  , CH₄  , N₂  O, HFCs, PFCs, and SF₆   that warm the earth. CO₂   takes the majority among them. UNFCCC(United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) issues CERs that are traded at exchange market or over-the-counter trading market like shares or securities. A country in Annex I of Kyoto protocol that cannot meet their green house gas emissions targets has to buy green house gas emissions rights from other countries with surplus emission rights.
