Green House Gas indicates CO2 , CH4 , N2 O, HFCs, PFCs, and SF6 that warm the earth. CO2 takes the majority among them. UNFCCC(United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) issues CERs that are traded at exchange market or over-the-counter trading market like shares or securities.
A country in Annex I of Kyoto protocol that cannot meet their green house gas emissions targets has to buy green house gas emissions rights from other countries with surplus emission rights.
As an only member of IETA in Korea, CPECell trades CERs on behalf of our customers. CERs are traded on real time around the clock on our platform.
